We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Sales Broker to join Finlay Brewer International, representing some of the most exclusive properties across Monaco, the French Riviera, Montenegro, and beyond.
You’ll be at the heart of our international sales operation — helping clients buy and sell luxury homes with confidence and care. From first enquiry to completion, you’ll provide expert advice, build long-term relationships, and deliver an exceptional service at every stage.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be crafting standout listings, hosting private viewings, negotiating high-value deals and liaising with global partners. We’ll give you the tools, market reach and autonomy to succeed — you bring ambition, integrity, and drive.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property sales, brokerage or a high-value client-facing role
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
- Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple listings and clients
- Knowledge of international property markets (or eagerness to learn quickly)
- Comfortable using CRM systems, portals and digital marketing tools
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (French/Spanish) a plus
